Staff treats residents as a joke. Do not expect to be taken seriously!
Worst place ever. From office to maintenance people they are unprofessional and do not care for the residents. I am a parent and if you want to know what we went through with our daughter and her roommate living there just message me and I will tell you. It’s totally unsafe and as a parent living a hour away you want to know they are in good hands. Not safe, not safe at all!!! Her roommate and my daughter left early on their lease due to all the trouble they had to deal with.
I would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. The management is terrible and the front desk workers are rude and useless when it comes to any kind of information. Since living here it has been one problem after another. While they are in the middle of renovations and upgrading the facilities, the way that they have treated their tenants is inexcusable. RecommendedI stay in a 3 bedroom with 2 roommates who are never home. FEBRUARY, MARCH, AND APRIL RENT IS ALREADY PAID. All bills paid and it comes fully furnished. My son rents here and anytime we’ve had maintenance issues..it takes months to get it fixed. I have tried calling several times but it goes to voicemail And they don’t return calls. For the price, I’m not sure it’s worth it.
