I love living here! All the amenities are great and come in handy! Mary is the best!
Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. I have only lived here for a short period of time and the staff in the clubhouse addresses me by name. Very welcoming. The amenities in the clubhouse are nice and very useful.
I’ve lived in the overlook for about 6 months now, and they are really nice apartments, the view from my apartment is the best, the club house, the gym, the pool areas are always clean and are kept up with.
The Overlook at Nacogdoches has been the best apartment complex for a student! The staff is very friendly and always willing to help! It is not that far from campus and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home.
