Due to the... (Verified Renter) Due to the high rent cost, I can NOT recommend anyone to move to this complex. For the amount charged, you could move to a very nice high rise and have more amenties and services.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend it because of the reasonable rent rates. If this community has a problem which would influence me to not recommend it, it is indeed in one of Dallas's more notorious areas, Vickery Meadow. You have to keep alert and be on your toes at all times.
Affordable and DANGEROUS Although this place is very affordable, it's dangerous. SEVERAL break ins, very unsafe neighborhood. I was home one evening around 445pm, sitting in the living room and someone tried to break in, smashing the entire kitchen window.
Don't bother Staff doesn't fix anything but everything breaks, including the gates and the gate key, you can't get in half the time, plenty of break-ins to go around. My heater got replaced after 2 Months and the new one barely worked. Not worth your money.
The Venue Of Greenville Very nice and affordable. Peaceful environment and very quite the office staff is amazing and very helpful.
