There is always... (Verified Renter) There is always a problem with the parking lot. There are cars with expired stickers and remain in the property. There are also cars the tenants dont move in months but still there. Office people opens the office after 10 am on Saturdays. I ve seen three times because I waited until 10:15 am and no one show up.
