I had bought earrings and they got stolen in the mall bathroom, Alex and the other staff members were so kind and they gave me a store credit to pick something else out for the same price! They made my day with their kindness and I am so thankful
Purchased a necklace just for it to be broken when I opened it up at home. Went back to the store where the associate just said that she would get it repaired without offering any other options. When I went back for the necklace I asked for a return and was denied. Associate offered an exchange and told me about a new collection in 2-3 weeks. The exchange was only allowed in store that day, no exceptions. She wouldn’t even just give me a gift certificate. I will never be going back here.
Have had numerous quality experiences here, notably my last one where May helped me secure my favorite cuban chain
