Beautiful pieces I've received their stuff as gifts and thought they were great. Went in person for the first time and appears you have to look a certain way for them to take you and your questions seriously. Too bad for them I was easily able to take my business elsewhere.
Purchased online and opted for pickup. It was 10 days before I was able to pick it up and it was no problem at all. Beautiful jewelry, great staff, wonderful quality and reasonable prices!
The was my second ordering from The Vault. AMAZING service!!! I ordered in the morning and got my tracking details, my item was on its way to me a few hours later. They should teach other establishments how to handle shipping. This is definitely top notch service. They’ll have me as a customer for life. One Love!
I travel to Halifax yearly and The Vault is a "must visit" when I go. I also check the website periodically but visiting the shop is always a treat. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the displays offer variety with various price points. I love many of the artist's pieces carried at The Vault. Online orders are processed and received quickly and always arrive safely packaged.
