Very rude salesperson. No mention of the exchange only policy during purchase at all. Not very happy with this shop.
Absolutely the best! Walked in with an earring that needed some repair and, voilà, they did it right away. Also asked about sizing a wedding ring...with great cheer and speed, that got done, too. Hard to find old-time service, but The Vault has it and a lot more!!!
