Waneska, Gustavo and Bibi with the UpKeep did such a phenomenal job! They were friendly, efficient, respectful and thorough while cleaning my home. My house looks extremely clean and I am so thankful I used this service! Sylvia was an absolute pleasure to communicate with throughout- only wish I’d found them sooner! Have never used a cleaning company but was extremely impressed with the amazing service, communication and hard dedicated work that went into deep cleaning my house. We contacted The Upkeep because we were looking for a deep clean for our home and we had heard good things about the company! From the very first communication until the very end of the cleaning itself, the process and the service were exceptional! We were extremely impressed with the communication by Silvia, the team that came out to the house, the timely and thorough job they did, and the special customer service touches that were left behind! We are thankful to have found such an amazing company!
The UpKeep is fantastic. Silvia was responsive through text and phone. She accommodated our schedule. They came and did a deep clean of my house initially. I was so impressed. They cleaned and organized the floor of the pantry and coat closet! It was the best deep clean I have had. I am now planning on using them every two weeks. Beth
