Call for info ::: psychiatric.... Asked questions. Poor answers !! Absolutely need more training!!!! Inpatient nurse!!! Hung up and refused to give name. ! Shocked! Very disappointed and I do not recommend !!!!! This nurse was most rude !

The worst hospital experience I have ever had. My husbands surgery scheduled for 2pm, we arrived at 11:10am as instructed, he didn't get called back until 3:30. We asking time and time again what is happening and when we would be called back, no one could give us a straight answer. The Dr. and surgical staff was wonderful, they kept us updated on the progress of the surgery, which I greatly appreciated. Before and after surgery I was told I would be able to see him in recovery. After spending quite some time here in the last month or so, I would very highly reccomend UMMC! The staff, nurses (Kristen was amazing!), and doctors went above and beyond. I am truly thankful.
Currently sitting in the waiting room and there's a trail of dried blood on the floor. Would be in the room with my husband but Becky with the security badge yelled at me "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOURE DOING?" for trying to go in the back with my husband when he was called. And judging by the way she was so comfortable with acting that way tells me she treats people like this regularly. Y'all need to get 👏🏻 it👏🏻 together👏🏻
Let's just say that I have never experience this type of foolery from any hospital. The staff has no sense of etiquette, maybe they miss that part of class. I was 200 miles away from home, my husband was air lifted here and still had to wait in emergency room 12hrs because there wasn't any beds available in ICU. I sat there all that time and noone could tell me anything, all the staff was sure of was that they didn't know anything. My son was born with spina bifida in 1980! He was a patient there off and on his entire life! He passed away in 2000! I have many fond memories of 3C back in that time! I highly recommend UMC! It was like my second home!
I had brain surgery. And I couldn’t be more pleased with entire staff. ❤️
I want to thank them for all they did to try and save my uncle from what the VA done and that was not listened to my uncle the 3 time out 5 times he went the vets don’t have a voice but when I’m done they will have a voice I will not let the Va get away with this thank you ummc doctors and nurses for all you done to try and fix there mess up but it was to late to fit it
