Most UNPROFESSIONAL nurses I ever met in my life! They are rude and mostly LAZY!!! Especially the Nursery Station. My mom had a Liver Transplant done, so of course she can barely get out the bed unless she have help! The Nursing Techs leave my mom unattended all the time, when she tells them she have to use the restroom they leave out and tell her they will be right back and never comes back. Thank God that I’m a Nursing Assistant, I drove 2 hours from home, missing school and work to assist my mom.
Rude rude rude. After sitting in a waiting room full of ppl that has since cleared out bc I have been here so long I lay over to sleep bc I have literally gotten two hours sleep and the rent a cop comes in telling me and my child to sit up!! There are at least 40 empty seats and we are EXHAUSTED!! It costs 0 to be kind and considerate. Absolutely ridiculous from beginning to end

UMC HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY CHOICE OF HOSPITALS. WELL SADLY THAT'S NOT THE CASE ANYMORE, MY SON HAS SUFFERED EPILEPTIC SEIZURES FOR THE PAST 17 YEARS. IN 2017 WE RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THE NEUROLOGY DEPARTMENT STATING THAT THEY WOULD NO LONGER BE TREATING HIM, ALLEGEDLY DO TO NONE COMPLIANCE WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. MY SON IS NOT ALLOWED TO DRIVE SO I AND MY MOM MAKES SURE THAT HE GETS TO HIS APPOINTMENTS EVERY TIME HE'S EVER HAD AN APPOINTMENT. RecommendedI don't know if u can recommend RN for your kids but Brook Barnes is the best to me.
