I had a sewer back up and your two techs that came to my house were awesome. They were very courteous and professional. I would recommend this company to any of my friends.

Steve H. from The Trenchless Co. provided excellent service and was courteous, professional, and to the point on our sewer issues. No hard sell, explained what was going on with our sewer, and provided plenty of details to help us decide on a way forward.

Will Banks, Service Technician is superb! He evaluated the site marked by Tim, the water leak detector and gave me available options to resolve the main water pipe break issue. He recognized the urgency of the matter and quickly got on the phone and made the appropriate calls to determine if Contra Costa County required permits and verified the cost. Martin Herrera did an excellent job. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to procure a camera to complete the inspection. He explained the lining options without being pushy. As a result, I will seriously consider the Trenchless Company if sewer line replacement becomes necessary in the future.

We have a 60 year old Eichler with a slab floor. The cast iron kitchen drain line had rusted out in several spots and the alternative was to jackhammer out a 15 foot section of the slab while cutting many of the inslab radiant heating piping OR to call The Trenchless Company. Steve Hainey responded promptly after our call to assess the situation, run a camera down the line, and give us an estimate of the cost to line the pipe or burst it and replace the pipe. Showed up on time and service was excellent. Quickly found the problem. Scheduled to have the proper machine to clear the line. Service call eliminated the problem in the kitchen sink line.
