Laird Lotko came out to deal with our pipeline. He explained everything he would do beforehand, and was very professional. He showed me on the camera where the problem was and discussed different options for digging to correcting the problem in the future. Today he cleaned out the pipe AND left a one year warranty for a free clean out if this problem occurs within a year! The cost? $99 !! If you have pipe problems, call The Trenchless Co!

Laird Lotko, the Service Technician who came out to my house was very courteous and professional. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my line, show me the problem areas and explain the issue and solution. I have had other technicians out from other companies, and no one has taken the time to thoroughly investigate the issue like Laird. I would highly recommend his services.

Steve H. was very professional in handling our emergency service call. Thoroughly explained what caused the sewage backup, explained plan of action (including cost) and outlined preventive measures. My Significant Other was overall impressed with Steve and she highly recommends this company. With much appreciation.

Absolute professional. Came home after work to try and deal with backed up plumbing is such a headache, Cory was not only very knowledgable but helpful in the questions I asked. Dealing with plumbing problems by myself was depressing dealing problems with Trenchless Company actually was fun and easy. Thank you again!

James and the Trenchless team did a great job at addressing our sewer issue on 2/11. James came on time. Inspected the line and first made sure there wasn't a simple fix. The camera was a great tool to show what was happening before he started on the hydrojet. The hydrojet did the work as promised. I believe they will stand by their warranty without hesitation.

I was really impressed with both the Company (office staff on the phone) and the Service Specialist that came to the house. The Specialist was exceptional, he completed a VERY thorough evaluation of the problem and offered alternatives for the repair. The Service Specialist also gave me a detailed estimate for each of the repair alternatives. Finally, he offered to meet any competitive estimate. What more could you ask for? I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Company and the Service Specialist! Thank you!

Mr. James McDevitt , of the trenchless co. arrived 'timely' to solve the problem of a clogged drain. I appreciated the efficient and thorough way that he inspected the 'suspected' problem area (laundry tub). He checked the main sewer drain and then the kitchen 'cleanout'. Mr. Devitt check the kitchen 'cleanout' which spewed out a fountain on water. There were three possible problem areas and the kitchen 'cleanout' was indeed the main problem. I had a clogged drain. James McDevitt of Trenchless company came to correct the problem. I am very pleased with his professional work done with a friendly smile and gracious maners. I only wish there more people like James around. World would be a better place to live! I would recommend him to my friends.

James showed up on time and extremely professional. he explained everything he was doing and took the time to explain how the upcoming main line replacement was going to happen so I can prepare the yard.
