Thank you for sending Martin to my house. He's very friendly and knows his job. He cleared the line then put the camera in and showed me what the issue was, then gave me good options for the future. Russell arrived on time. He was supposed to only give a quote, but he saw that he could complete the job quickly, so he undertook the task. His initiative also helped me because I didn't have to take additional time off from work. He worked quickly and cleaned up before he left. I am very satisfied with Russell and the Trenchless Company.

Laird came to my condo today for an inspection, per my request. I could not have been more impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. As it turned out, bees had produced a ton of honey in our duct work. I needed a contractor to open up my walls and replace the honey infected duct work. Steve H came out and went above and beyond the call of duty. He did a great job and discussed all of our options as to what repairs we would be needing. He was polite, professional, knowledgable, and dilligent in his work staying with the job until it was done. Great guy , and great Company...highly recommended!!

I have used Trenchless for sewer repair at my home and to inspect a home I was looking to purchase. Both times I was very satisfied. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. I recommend them without reservation.

We heard about Trenchless Co. on KFBK and thought this was the way to go without having our driveway and front yard dug up. After our first meeting with Vincente he assessed the damage to the sewer pipe, we made our decision to go with Trenchless. The sevice tech was knowledgable and polite. He listened to my needs and looked at options to satisfy my budget. The price was reasonable. The work has not started so I have no opinion about performance.

James came out and was exactly what we were looking for. He was very professional, explained everything about the problem we were having and answered all of our questions. He provided us with a couple different options as to how to fix our broken pipe underneath our house. we are very happy with James and the service he provided us!

Joe H. was very polite and courteous! He took the the to do his job and then explained everything so that I understood what was happening and how to fix the problem giving me different options. I would use him in a heartbeat, because he seemed to be very knowledgeable. No strong-arm tactics or high pressure selling and I respond better to this than the high pressure tactics. I wish more service techs were like Joe H.
