Trenchless Co. was called for am emergency at our home in part because of a sewer line blockage. due to grandson using paper towels instead of toilet paper and roots clogging up the sewer line. Service technician James McDevitt arrived at my home that same day and checked the line. He rotor rooted it and cleared the blockage. Mr. McDevitt was very personable, knowledgeable, and courteous. The job was finished in an expeditious manner.
Very fast response time. Martin and Laird were awesome - professional, knowledgable, informative, friendly and respectful. They identified the problem and solved it quickly. They also reminded me to use an internet coupon to get 10% off services. Great experience, will definitely recommend The Trenchless Company and will call them back in the future.
Very thorough, polite and very honest. They went the extra mile to complete the job satisfactorily and make sound recommendations.
The technician was friendly and knowledgable. Asked a few questions and pretty much figured out the problem. Explained it to me in terms I understood. Had the situation resolved within 30 minutes. Great Job!
It took 2 weeks for us to get someone to come out and provide a solution. By then, we were pretty anxious. Steve H. called us on the appointed hour to suss out the situation. When he arrived, we went through potential scenarios together and he broke down the problem step by step. He also did a check of the sewers and pipes using a video camera and then provided us his professional assessment. We were pleased with his comprehensive and thorough guidance and would recommend his services to our neighbors.
After a week of struggled with other plumbing company who messed up the house, I found Trenchless online. I am very happy with their service. They came all the way to Cupertino to do the work.
