I have been going to the Transition House for over two years now. The staff is pleasant, the counseling is great, and I've never had a problem getting my medications. There are always polite, confidential, and friendly.
I called, here thinking this was a half way house. I was mistaking. However sharl who answered the phone was extremely rude and hateful I was mistaking to call however after I hung up a Devian had called me back threating me. I asked to speak with a detector for information as soon as I called. However I was told noone could help me I would never send a soul here from the conversation I had.
Friend went in because of clinical depression they did not prescribe him any medication. He was having suicidal thoughts. Ended up in the mental hospital stay away from this clinic they don’t care about you or your wellbeing.
I don’t know why everyone has had such terrible experiences here. I’ve been going here for therapy and medication for over a year and I love them. I talk to Paige and she’s the best therapist I’ve ever had! She’s witty and funny, but also makes sure that you’re learning coping skills and has great resources for numerous things. Cecily is my psychiatrist and truly cares about my wellbeing and wants me to have the right meds. I’ve never had a bad visit here :)
Got left alone in an empty lobby for over half an hour.waiting on appointment. No discernable security at check-in desk where patient info was sitting out in the open. Paced and looked around, gave up and left. Thanks for "helping", honestly not even interested in trying to keep getting help anymore.
