This post is longggg over due. I just relocated back too Raleigh NC from paying overly expensive rent in VA. So I was staying with a friend and decided to start apartment shopping. I ran into Nakia after viewing an apartment on the other side of town. Nakia stated her apartment complex offered a better price , more space , family friendly with more amenities then that place could offer. Needs to do better with communication when dealing with maintenance issues
Been here for over two years now, everything was fine until a new neighbor moved in. It looks he has made it his party house and every night(goes on until morning) I am putting up with loud music from their woofers. Giving knocks on the wall and writing multiple emails to the apartment administration failed to yield anything positive. I wish the apartment administration had done something from their end to this nuisance I am putting up with. Going by this rate, I would be moving elsewhere when my lease period ends.
