I have to take a moment and thank the great folks at The Tire Shop. As I was driving home, my engine & thermostat lights came on, as is always the case my day was less than stellar to begin with. I pulled into The Tire Shop and spoke with Jason. Jason went out checked out the car real quick and pointed out that the Serpentine belt had snapped in half. This is the second time have used The Tire Shop and the second time they did not disappoint. The service was again outstanding and they even worked with me on a price-match for my tires (Thank you Jamie). This will be the only place I will go for my tire needs in the future

Great experience at this shop today. Thought I was going to have to buy a very expensive tire as I was told at Cadillac dealer that I needed a new tire. These guys said they'd try some less expensive alternatives first and low and behold there was a headless nail hidden in the tread. Great honest work! Thank you Jason!

I pulled into the Tire Shop because I suddenly heard and felt my rear wheel slapping and wobbling. I was only two blocks away from the shop so I headed straight there. I got out of my car and was staring at my tire, which was NOT flat, in confusion. A mechanic called out to me if I needed help and I said, Well, I guess not . . . He came over anyway and I explained that I was sure I would find my tire flat but I could see it wasn't. Simply put, the best shop ever. They have a friendly staff. I am new to leesburg and the staff took the time to tell me about the area. I had to do the state and emissions inspection for two vehicles. They were nice enough to mount my new license plates. I would strongly recommend checking out this place out.

I've had a full set of Continental 255/50 ZR19s replaced here once before, but it's my last visit to TTS worth noting. Had a 3 week slow leak "graduate" to 1 day, figured it was time to replace. Andrew greeted me at the counter and rather than just going with my request to replace it, he immediately walked me out to my car to assess the real damage. Within an hour my tire (AND sensor) were fixed...an expected $300 out of pocket became $27. Service and honesty are appreciated! They will get my next set of tires.
