LIARS AND SCAMMERS: This place should not only be out of business but the employees there, especially the state inspector, should be held accountable for their actions and the danger they put customers in. My girlfriend dropped off her 2016 HRV for an inspection and left to run errands. She was called later by the front desk telling her that her car failed inspection due to a bad left front ball joint and quoted her $289.48 + $20 inspection fee to repair. Charged $130 for a "looksie" fee which I understand. Determined to flush the transmission on an old car...arm and a leg letter it breaks down the VERY NEXT day we got it back. They charge us to tow it to them and charge another "looksie" fee of $130 to say the car is totaled. I pay to have it towed again..they argue with me they gave me the keys back which they did not. Queen for the day! EVERY time I go to the tire shop I feel like QUEEN for the day. I can't tell you how long my family has been going to the tire shop but it has been a LONG time. Repairs are stellar, service is FABULOUS & their patience is ever lasting. They should publish their business model for others to follow! THANK YOU ALL does not begin to express my gratitude!
Not bad at all my first time getting service here. I needed a trustworthy mechanic and I think I found it! Customer's all said great things about it. I hope to get my car service here again. I will just have to find a great time to drop off because there was a long wait.
