I was having trouble with my bathtub pipes , it was a bigger issue than what I thought but the maintenance sir was very helpful and nice, explained the issue to me and with the best actitud he worked on it for almost two hours, he fixed it and I was very impressed and happy with the service. I really wish everyone could solve problems like this with such a professional service !
I have multiple issues with my refrigerator and not only didn’t maintenance come out to see the problem, they marked all the issues as resolved.
Arlene was the best, her customer service was amazing.
The lady in the office was very nice and understanding. The tour went well. I will say I was interested until I was inside of the second apartment and I could hear people above us walking around. I did not like the thought of that at all so I would like to politely decline with any further interests. Thank you
