Ive been a proud resident at the Timbers apartments for a while. I can honestly say, it's been a wonderful place for me ( safe, maintenance on point and friendly management staff). I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful community to reside in.

Was here for 6 years. The only positives: Location is convenient, neighborhood is pretty and full of trees, it's affordable Everything wrong: -Hundreds of dead bugs on the floor moving in. There was also poop in the toilet still. Did it never get cleaned? -SO much water damage everywhere: the ceiling, floors, and lots of baseboards were missing due to past wood rot. -The place smells of mold.
