The customer service was outstanding, the cocktails were amazing as I normally don't drink but they so tasty I had to have 2 . The rooms view was spectacular and dinner was wonderful. Freddy the manager was wonderful and Ricardo one of the service rep. was so kind and pleasing, our waiter Gene was new but very caring. We loved our new years night in Miami, Tide was the perfect place to bring in the new year! Thank you!!
Phenomenal staff, beautiful super spacious rooms, perfect location.
Had a great time and would definitely stay again. I'm a fan of Kelly Wearstler and appreciated the decor. Michael was an excellent host and Pierre always had you feeling safe.

Probably best customer service at any hotel I have ever stayed. Rooms were perfect. Very large, huge bathroom and walk in closet. Location location location. Walking distance to everything. My only disappointment was the pool. Terrible view of next door construction. And no one was there. So if u like private and quaint you will like.
Property is amazing! Parking is a big problem! Have to wait 30 or more minutes for car.
