Great hotel and people. Good view too. Great location. On the beach Ocean Drive.
I absolutely love The Tides. It is the most upscale hotel on Ocean Drive. I am a Miamian and when I go to South Beach, the Tides is where I go.
The staff was very pleasant and courteous. The check in was ok and we had a very nice room. We would prefer a higher floor but the view was great. Every time we walked through the lobby we were smiled and greeted by the friendly staff. Top notch service by Ricardo and his staff at the rest, Cesar at the bar and Alain and Maykel when we were arriving and leaving the hotel and Mr. Erazo ensuring that everything runs smoothly. We will definitely stay there again. �����
