Service was very polite and attentive. My husband and I were just there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they treated us to two glasses of champagne. It totally set the mood! Picture perfect setting overviewing the streets of Frederick. We highly recommend the tuna tartare as an appetizer and the lamb as your entrée. Delicious !
This has always been one of our favorite restaurants.
I always get the melt in your mouth prime rib so can't comment on much more- the side caeser or house salad are both very good, as are the agratin potatoes. Recently had panko shrimp which were excellent. Staff very good at recommending wine. Only downside is it can be crowded and noisy at times. Some tables are quite close together. Romantic dinner? Pick off time.

The staff, the food, the experience is always excellent. We celebrated our anniversary dinner there and it never disappoints. I would highly recommend TR! Love this place.
