Just wanted to give the Tasting Room and General Manager Aaron Neider a shout out for excellent customer service. I had a minor overcharge on my credit card and Aaron was quick to identify what happened and issue a gift card to me for the amount of the over charge. I also received a letter of apology from Aaron a few days after the gift card arrived! So not only is the food amazing, the customer service is top notch! You've made this customer extremely happy. Thank you!
Besides Volt the Tasting Room is my favorite restaurant in downtown Frederick. I love the food, drinks and ambiance. It can be very romantic for a special occasion or very fun at the bar side and when you combine mashed potatoes and huge chunks of lobster together and serve them in a martini glass how could you go wrong! I wanted to have my birthday dinner here this past year (2\2015) but they were closed for remodeling so maybe we can have my mom's birthday dinner here in March!
