It took me 2 months for an initial appointment in the Hermitage office with Dr. Interlandi. My appt was at 8:45 and I was called back 35 mins late. My appointment was a weds and Friday evening the pharmacies still hadn’t received my prescriptions. I left a message on a Friday and the following Friday still hadn’t received a call back. I don’t go to the doctor often but I have never had as bad of an experience as I did with this office.
Great people to talk too about your problem. Wonderful doctor I met. Felt that they cared about my problem.
Dr. goers did a great job with explaining what needed to be done. Answered all my questions. Would recommend her to anyone.

They were able to schedule my surgery quickly. They went over everything I needed to know about the surgery and I left with all my questions/concerns answered.
Dr. Rosen sat down and talked with me, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He was very comforting and reassuring about my upcoming surgery. The staff was also very friendly.
i was a nervous wreck about having to go to a surgeon, but i will have to say felt much better and at ease thanks to the staff and Dr Goers herself. She is VERY knowledgeable, explained everything to me, and made me feel like i was in the best hands possible. i would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Goers to any of my family or friends.
I went in to see Dr McDowell. He was very kind, friendly and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me and even drew diagrams to help me further understand. I would recommend Dr McDowell to anyone. Thanks Dr McDowell!
