With the exception of the numerous pages of paperwork everything was great. Dr. Fruin and his nurse were both nice and made my visit less stressful! Dr. Fruin took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me.

They treated me better than I have ever been treated in any medical office. They are the most caring Doctors I have ever met
I had an emergency which the initial appointment was 3 weeks. Couple hours later I got a call for 5 days. Then 1 hour later I got a call and said if I could make it in 45 minutes Dr Thomas the on call Doctor just happened to be there. Somehow with no traffic on I-40 I made it in time. I can’t thank Karen enough for everything she did to get me in and also to Dr Thomas and his nurse Craig for being so wonderful! Mary Beth Jackson Pegram TN
Professional positive welcoming and encouraging! Dr. Polk is excellent and excellently trained and educated as a Surgical Oncologist. My family got to see his video and it brought them comfort that I have chosen a Surgeon of Excellence. Really appreciated being introduced bro a Nurse Navigator. Cheryl RN is mine! Was able to get in quickly for procedure. Dr Moss is Great and his nurse Lisa was very polite and friendly. Would highly recommend for surgical needs.
