RecommendedWent for an in/out procedure. Everyone friendly and very professional. Went smoothly from start to finish. I am kind of a nervous patient but they put me at ease. Nurses were wonderful. Anesthesiologist was excellent. Didn’t remember falling asleep or awake and no groggy after effects. Also called the day after and sent a get well card. Seriously. I’d say 5 stars. If you need something done this is the place.

The welcoming front desk staff, the attentive nurses, and highly skilled radiology techs needed for the regular procedures I need - ALL completely fantastic. My physician, of course, is always at the top of his game. They all work together to make a somewhat unpleasant procedure into something not too terrible with their constant attention and concern. If you have a choice on a location to undergo your surgery or procedure, I highly recommend The Surgery Center in Franklin!
Loved everyone who cared for me. Patty the receptionist, Nicki RN, Crystal RN, Rachel RN, and my doctor, Dr. Trinkel. Every one was kind and very considerate. Including my anesthesiologist. Would highly recommend.
They got me in early and out sooner than expected. The nursing staff is nothing less than Angels. Amazing care from the time I walked in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
The staff was great! They made sure I was comfortable prior to the procedures.
The surgery center treats all people with respect and professionalism all the time.
