I have received excellent care at TCO these past years. They have quality doctors, nurses and PA's. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciate Dr. Faustin Stevens. He is professional, caring and highly skilled. His nursing staff are competent and compassionate. Thank you TCO.
Dr. Stevens and the staff at TCO were just wonderful. My daughter (only 8) had a surgery and they treated her like a princess warrior - very professional and kind!
I was very impressed with Dr. Hansen. He examined both my knees and explained what the problems were and the options. I appreciated his frankness and when it comes time to replace them, Dr. Hansen will be doing the surgery
I was able to get an appointment right away. All the staff are very helpful and caring.
This review is for surgery center-(5 stars). The pre-op nurse Kristie was absolutely incredible! Being "needle phobia" She went beyond her call to make me feel comfortable & was reassuring! Rave reviews are because of her.....now the front desk at the clinic is something else...they are just working for the paycheck & their demur reflects it.
If it was possible to give zero stars I would!! Rather discouraged as I have called several times and so far have not been able to speak with an actual person besides a scheduler. I have left three voice messages (one, every week for the last three weeks) and I have yet to receive a phone call back. Their website is a joke, with no email address listed to try and reach staff in that manner. I called requesting email addresses and the individual on the phone didn't know any of them and couldn't find any of them. Don't waste y... read more
