I called several times trying to set up an appointment and their office staff is a complete nightmare. My first call was calling and seeing if they take my insurance, I was told they did. I proceeded to have to make numerous more phone calls all which I was getting put on hold for 5-10 times repeatedly. I would call and they would need more information. I have had multiple surgeries at TCO and have never been treated by a more caring team of medical staff. No matter the reason I am in, they always treat with respect. Thanks again to all the awesome staff and Dr's at TCO great work again 10 down 1 to go.
Dr. Higgs replaced both my knees within 3 months of each other in 2008, still no problems he is by far the best and most caring person. I love seeing him just went in 2 months ago to make sure things were still good and they are great. He remembered me like it was yesterday glad it was not yesterday. But I cannot say enough great things about him. The staff is also very helpful and professional I have referred many people there I am from Yakima and would rather go somewhere else for medical care then Yakima.
I have had two rotator cuff shoulder surgeries with Dr. Perry, that were both very successful. My Husband had foot reconstruction with Dr. stevens, that was also successful. I had a lump removed by Dr. Peterson. My Husband had shots in his knees by Dr. Merrill. We have both had Physical Therapy at TCO in Richland, with Tamara Turner. The team, including front desk staff, have been Terrific, Caring and Effecient. We would Highly recommend TCO for all of your Orthopaedic needs.
Dr. Stevens fixed an ankle that gave me problems for 40 years. No more pain, I can walk on it like I used to. thank You Dr. Stevens.
I wish I could do a zero star rating. I have never been treated more poorly then at this clinic. I think that I can give an explanation. I am certainly patient and understanding but I was treated like crap from the moment I walked in the door. My first appointment I went to the front desk to check in the office lady didn't even look up at me and to me to take a seat and she would be with me.
