I was referred to tri city ortho by my doctor, I have a L&I self insure claim that my claims manager already authorized my visit and the procedures to be done. The office refused to see me due to my secondary insurance. Hello you aren't even going to be billing my secondary insurance because it's already going to be paid for. Both ladies in the office who called me had no idea why it was like this, they just said it was due to management. I will be taking my business to northwest orthopedics!!
I cannot thank Dr. Hansen enough for my life-changing double-hip replacement surgery. Not only does he have the best credentials as a surgeon, he is so kind. Dr. Hansen meets folks like me at their absolute worst and a person in great pain can appreciate kindness. Dr Fitzgerald is an awesome dr and did an amazing job with fixing my son up and getting him back on the floor to play basketball again thank you for your time and work on him we appreciate you taking him on and giving us your time from way over here in whiteswan wa. We made the trip and wouldn't have any other way
Dr. Stevens did a total ankle replacement for me on my right ankle. I am elated with the results. I came out of surgery with less pain than I went in with. I recovered rapidly and have total use of the right ankle. I'm getting the left one done right after Christmas. I was treated very professionally by all the staff, and informed in advance to all steps and procedures. I recommend them highly.
The front office staff is friendly and efficient, big smiles and very polite. Dr. Perry is knowledgeable, patient, and was supportive of my desire to avoid surgery, but also to avoid pain killers. And? He's *really* good at the cortisone shot. It was nearly finished before I realized he'd begun!
Very very disappointed with the service of the Drs. They don't care for patients. I won't have my friends and family go to this clinic for any things . The Drs was exam me, he had my leg up and twist it and i was hurting and my husband told him to be easy and Drs was talking back at him said he not hurting me.
