Thank you to the front staff of the Physical Therapy section, Dr. Breeden and his nursing staff! I want to give them a shout out because they fought for me to be able to keep my appointment so I would not have to suffer another pain crises at the hands of my pharmacy. We had to spend hours on the phone so they would mail my prescription to the office on time for me to receive my treatment. We had to be relentless! Felt like we were a number or a herd of cattle. In and out with no questions answered! Extremely disappointed!
During my very first visit with dr Hansen, I stressed to him that I wanted my hip replacement surgery to be performed from the front (anterior approach)... he assured me he would take care of me. Skip forward to my pre-op appt several months later... the PA asked me to sign ONE FORM that stated the possible complications ... which included dislocation. I said “that shouldn’t be much of a concern with the anterior approach, right?” “Oh, dr Hansen doesn’t do that.. he does a modified posterior”. Feeling deceived, I left... and... read more
I called in before scheduling explaining what I needed. I needed specific durable medical equipment that I could charge through my insurance. They said they could do it and I scheduled an appointment I traveled about an hour in from Walla Walla talked to the Dr. about what I knew about my issue and what I wanted. The Dr. told me absolutely nothing new... did absolutely nothing for my issue... referred me to a chiropractic clinic I'm never going to travel an hour to visit frequently... charged me the most expensive Co pay I'v... read more
