Best thing to ever happen for seniors in the G.P. area ever. Great facility for exercising mind, body, and soul. People of all races enjoy friendship and fellowship as brothers and sisters in Christ. The staff of the Summit are fantastic! �
I am back! It's a great place - a state of the art facility for us 50+'ers to meet, greet, make new frinds, bring old friends, and get a workout, too. You can join anytime...and have fun...work or play at your own pace...no stress...no fuss! It's just for us! :)
The Summit is a great place to get moving. There are classes of exercise for everyone. A great exercise pool with a vortex. Many great machines and several great trainers to help you with strength training and weight management.

I really enjoyed the entry area with directions from da attendants. Very inviting, all of da facilities were safe & easy to find. I enjoyed the gym classes aerobics, etc
I joined in September of 2015 and I love it. I do water exercise five days a week. Great place!
