Great gym, Instructor and equipment for 50 or older.
I got to visit this place while visiting my friend Melanie over the weekend. It's amazing - a sort of utopia for grown ups. There were more amenities & activities at this senior center than you'll find at an upscale resort; at the price of a discounted overnight stay at a resort too. I'm hoping that we can bring something like this to the hills west of Austin!
I been going two weeks now. Wish they had a water therapy class but this place has much to.offer anyone towards a better mobility and stay active in our lives
I thank the Good Lord everyday for the Summit!!!! It is truly a blessing for us 50's or over.
