I started off and on a year ago. 3 weeks ago I found the lite and lively class with Rob. It has been the most rewarding feeling. 3 weeks ago I couldn't take my left ankle and put on my right knee. This week I can do it!!! Rob is an incredible instructor the way he encourages and we have fun. I highly recommend the class it's Monday and Wednesday mornings. Great place, just joined and I love it. Everyone is so friendly.
Bill & I joined this terrific club in Grand Prairie and I love the beautiful well cared for facilities and great amenities! We are looking forward to the dances with live bands. You don't have to be a member to attend most of the scheduled dances.
Just joined last week it's very nice love the state of the art equipment and it's motivating me to do more watch day thanks
Great facility for a workout. They have some great activities too.
I wished I lived in Grand Prairie because I would definitely be a member of this amazing place!
