Just moved in to The Stratford location in Kendall. Outstanding experience from the beginning to the move-in. Yolanda and Katya in the office were extremely helpful, professional, courteous, and prompt with everything that we needed to get done. Couldn't ask for a better team running your operation. I find it ridiculous that rent here is as high or higher than Coral Gables or Brickell. Yes, it's a beautiful property, but it's not a high end location. Shouldn't that reflect on the price?
