I find it ridiculous that rent here is as high or higher than Coral Gables or Brickell. Yes, it's a beautiful property, but it's not a high end location. Shouldn't that reflect on the price?
Excelente lugar para vivir, tranquilo, comodo, áreas verdes y comunes muy bien cuidados, la atención del personal de mantenimiento es excelente, realizan actividades de entretenimiento y compartir para todos los inquilinos. Excelente atención y servicio del personal de la Oficina, RECOMENDADO AL 1000%. Nos encanta vivir aqui... ahh y algo importante mi mascota es Feliz y en la oficina me la consienten mucho con los snack ... jajaja.
