I’ve lived here for a few years and I feel safe. The maintenance team is attentive and doesn’t delay in finding solutions to our issues. The common areas are well maintained—sidewalks are always clean and the landscaping is done regularly. I’d like to highlight the ladies in the office: Yoly and Zarit are lovely and key members who make Stratford a friendly and welcoming place. They are always helpful and ready to assist us.
From the moment I started the leasing process, Yoly made everything seamless from A to Z. She was professional, attentive, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel completely effortless. I always felt informed and taken care of every step of the way. She is just the best! Living here has been just as great. Whenever we've needed maintenance, Ricardo and the rest of the team have responded quickly and handled everything efficiently. The grounds are always immaculate.
