What an absolutely beautiful property, pristine, luxurious, property, the apartments were completely updated with top-notch high-level finishes, I was so impressed. I immediately gave a deposit and completed an application. Katia, who is the Property assistant manager was absolutely professional extremely thorough gave me a wonderful tour and explained everything to me beautifully and detailed so I had no questions for her. 💕
I have lived here since 2009. The grounds and landscaping are so beautiful. The management and maintenance are great. Yoly and Alex are phenomenal. They are like family. I have made a lot of friends here as well that are like family. They really try to accommodate you too. Safe place and pet friendly.
This place has plumbing issues. I don’t trust going to the bathroom or taking a shower. We have a huge issue in building 9061. I am writing this as I wait for maintenance again to come help. Not acceptable. The staff and maintenance are nice, but having issues all the time in our building is horrible. I had to clean up sewage waste entering my bathtub/shower multiple times as well as overflowing toilet. I had an amazing experience with my move-in process with The Stratford. Yolanda was the absolute best! She made sure we were very well taken care of from the second we met, and had all of our questions answered. The whole move-in process was handled in a very organized and efficient manner which I appreciated so much. We all know how stressful moving can be and The Stratford (especially Yolanda) made it so much easier.
