A very fun place to be during the summer. Yesterday they had an open bar, serving mimosa, bloody mary, and screwdrivers. Everyone is who works there is super helpful and friendly.

I recently moved here and not only do I find the price a decent value, the service, amenities and management team are above par! Love it here!
I have lived in the building for over 3 years, including throughout the renovations, and I'm still glad I picked this apartment building. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive, and I love the diversity of the residents, who range widely in age, family size, work, and background. The location could not be more convenient to public transportation, shopping, recreation, dining and schools. It has been my pleasure to have lived in the Sterling Apt. Bldg. these last four months and so far I've found the staff to be efficient and attentive, our neighbors pleasant and friendly, the location excellent.
