RecommendedThis is a very well-maintained apartment building. Staff is pleasant and professional. Responds quickly to maintenance requests and took care of most fix-up requests when we moved in 4 months ago. Spectacular city views. Excellent exercise facilities and nice rooftop pool, when COVID-19 recedes and allows us to use them.

I have been living here for 6 months and can attest for the pride they take on their building. Staff is very courteous, they keep the building well maintained and cleaned and they will promptly show up if you need any repairs.
Absolutely love living here. Amazing amenities, the rooftop is one of the best in the city. The apartments are gorgeous - with modern appliances, and very spacious living space. I've been here since 2018, and plan to stay til 2021. Highly recommend!
My wife and I are looking forward to our third year at The Sterling. The amenities are great. We use the gym almost everyday. The rooftop pool has made each summer in the city, something to look forward to. The management could not be more attentive. We like being located on JFK Blvd. It is not terribly congested with traffic or pedestrians, despite being central to all Center City Philadelphia has to offer. We would recommend The Sterling to anyone interested in moving to the area. Mike and Michelle Kesselman

Decent apartments, great amenities and the best part is definitely the location! It’s also pet friendly so lots of furry friends in the building 😊
Decent apartments, great location and good amenities - yet management can do a better job cleaning the pool, the elevators and apartments (prior to move-in). Also, fire alarms have been going off very often lately (twice in the past couple of weeks)

For a truly third-world luxury experience, live in this nightmarish fuckfest of a building. Single-handedly ruined my Philadelphia experience and endangered my professional life. The current manager, Jay, seems respectful and cool, so no skin off him, but the shit that happens here, in terms of building integrity issues, maintenance/repair work, and general management actually fits the literal definition of atrocious.
