The Stanley Hotel is amazing! This beauty is 108 years old and I can only imagine how extravagant, how GRANDIOSE, the Stanley was in the early 1900's! From the light and airy music room to the dark and masculine billiards room, it was magical! Of course, the paranormal activity just adds to the mystique!
My husband and I just spent a lovely Valentines Day at The Stanley. The room was lovely, the king bed was comfy. The Whiskey Bar was an exceptional experience and our bartender, Hannah, was knowledgeable and fun. We enjoyed a lovely dinner in the Lounge area and shortly afterwards we were able to participate in the hotel's guided tour (booked on-line prior). Really enjoyed the overnight stay...didn't need to go into town to find something fun to do because everything was right there.

We had a wonderful evening at The Stanley. Service, food, and accommodations are all excellent! We will be back.
Scary Mary was the BEST tour leader ever! Thank you for keeping her employed, we will return to visit again. She made the stay there so much more memorable. We were the 2 moms with the Girl Scouts on 2.12.2017.
The place is beautiful, local beer so good, the best breakfast ever. Friendly staff and amazing tour guide.
Very cool experience overall. A little breezy in the hotel making for cold guest rooms but the historic ambiance made up for the minor inconveniences. We took both the historic and spirited (ghost) tours. Both were cool and added to the charm of our stay.
Love the vew been there once and want to go back again
Didn't stay but took the tour very disappointed. Not enough and boring
