A gem! A treasure we enjoy weekly from the yoga classes, to happy hour's all the way through to Sunday Funday by the pool enjoying the incredible cocktails!

Returned for the 2nd time this past weekend and had the BEST vacation! Midnight swim and the hamam, spa...pure bliss! Taryn at the front desk is a superstar...made us feel so welcome and most accommodating❤︎
Thank you for allowing this Miami couple to heal, get away, and relax during our staycation, with the friendliest staff, and a very welcoming and chill atmosphere! That massaging waterfall is to die for. Considering a membership and going back on a regular basis for self care!
Super service... Spa with a difference.. Excellent staff, amazing Thai massage and spa facilities. We used the pool and had a delicious lunch. I would certainly stay if I returned to Miami ☀️
While I really like the location and generally like the hotel. I am totally disgusted with the attitude of Corey & Dennis the spa managers. These folks should be long gone, and not in any customer service oriented business. My company, our friends companies, and as many of the luxury industry folks we know will boycott this place until they re-establish their management of the spa.
As a regular customer in the restaurant during weekday, I went there with my children on Sunday... After having been placed at the table, the hostess came to my table ask me to keep my daughter sitting, because the manager doesn't want children in the restaurant! (But they agreed to take our money because they gave us a table!) what did you except??? stay here with my kids And treat them like a dog?? We did leave, right away.
