This is arguably the best spa in America unless there is something better in La. Being from NYC, I can tell you nothing there tops it and I'm a regular spa user. Sebastian is awesome and will tell you everything you need to know about membership. Make sure you ask for him! Amenities are top of the line. Overall, true VIP Miami experience!

This is the worst service ever for spa reservation. Put me on hold for 20 Minutes to find available services and then hung up and when I called back kept transferring me to a voicemail. The staff is not committed at all, not friendly and does not care about your customer experience. On top of that, they didn't suggest to offer some kind of free service to apologize for the wait and unprofessionalism. This is nothing but a luxury hotel service.
Great location. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. There's so much to do at the resort. Full service spa, pool, hot tub, restaurant, juice bar, and paddle boarding to name a few things. The food served on the menu is nutritious and based on a Whole Foods diet. There are vegan and gluten free options. Also the resort is pet friendly. All in all a great atmosphere for a get away. It's my second time staying at the standard this year. I plan on returning for a visit in the new year
Had a great experience in yoga class. It was Organic Vinyasa with Sharon Aluma. If you enjoy a spirit filled class with lots of deep connection to your body and universal energy then this class is right up your alley. Amazing sound bowls to start and seal practice.
One of the worst experience of hotels , never got such pathetic services and miscommitment from any hotel anywhere so far. They take prior online booking on one rate( lesser) and when you are there they ask you for more amount . The manager over there justify that the mentioned rates on website and email were just estimated rates and you have to pay the current rates.
