Jamar Hart (guest experiences) was so nice and genuine. He made sure we had so much fun lounging on the hammock with cocktails and playing jumbo connect four! Cutest little hidden patio, even for a local I’ll definitely be back!!
Great service.. love the music. First time there and would go again!! Views are definitely worth it
It’s a (barely) renovated older hotel that’s basically a poor knock off a W. Front desk person had zero personality and then suddenly did- and it was all nasty attitude. The valet /bus buy was supper sweet. That’s about all I can say, that’s positive.
Didn’t feel welcome or like I was meant to be there from the 1st moment I entered. Don’t expect anything amazing from the front desk staff. Room, food and cocktails were insane but just a real shame about the service. Try better next time with your guests guys!! For your own sake � otherwise this place will be empty very soon.
