Location, location, location!! Everything is within walking distance, everything! The staff are amazing!
Great office staff! Floor plans are awesome!! However the bike thefts have gone on for over 2 years. Office staff is aware but refuse to help residents to better secure our bikes. Video cameras don’t work for bike thefts only work out equipment. Tv by the pool in any of the building don’t work either
Nice property, friendly office staff but terrible maintenance team! If something goes wrong after hours you won’t get any help in fact they will hang up in your face!! Super rude! If you are locked out of your apartment they WILL NOT LET YOU IN! This is terrible if you are a dog owner! Rent is too high here for them to keep you out of your apartment after hours when they have a master key! What’s the point of paying all this money if they won’t help you when you really need it? Don’t waste your money!
Great FREE fitness classes in the fully decked out gym! Yoga, Boot Camps, Spin classes, all taught by professional Personal Trainers! Really a great perk for living at the Standard.
Getting ready to move to the Domain in August. Looking forward to the fun adventures.

I've lived in The Standard for over a year and I have been really happy during my time here. The apartments are great, and you can barely hear your neighbors around you. The leasing staff is awesome and always helpful and responsive. The location of The Standard in the Domain is one of the many reasons I chose to live here over other complexes. The North Side has lots of great restaurants like Culinary Dropout and Taverna, and new restaurants and shops are opening practically everyday. Being close to Whole Foods is also a pl... read more
