Ugh. The leasing people at this apartment were super annoying. My husband and I were moving from London to Austin, and while I was in town before our move, I decided to look around at some apartments just to get a feel for what was available in Austin. Toured the Standard at the Domain with Omar and was super annoyed with his high-pressure selling tactics. RecommendedI’ve been living at The Standard for a little over three months and couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here. The office staff is extreme friendly and helpful, and prompt to get any service issues addressed. Managing three separate properties, this is quite a feat to accomplish. I have submitted insight into community improvement ideas and they have been taken with importance and promptly acknowledged. It’s everything you would expect from management when you living in such an amazing community.

The Standard at the Domain is a great property with spacious floor plans. If you are looking for a place to call home, call Christina Hall, she will get you taken care of. She is extremely helpful and very friendly.

The location is excellent, and the amenities are incredible. Definitely worth checking out!
Do not live here. The property just came under new management as of April 2019. My dog knows how to lock doors. She locked me out. I called them and had 7 minutes to go before they closed at 6 pm. They literally opened the door at 6:01 PM and complained and tried to charge me the $50 fee plus the $100 fob fee. Do not live here. Trust me. It’s not what it used to be under the old management and when Ty was in charge.
Excellent location, beautifully kept and great staff.
