Cannot leave D.C without thanking the St. Regis for their exemplary service. From James, who greeted our girls with a high five every time he saw them (and addressed them appropriately by name), to the breakfast staff at Decanter who went shopping for grape jelly expressly for Kennedy, to the butler service staff who went in search of a bag they had inadvertently thrown away (100% my fault), cleaned and pressed the dress once rescued and presented it to Kennedy with a flourish this morning - top notch from top to bottom. Beautiful hotel with a beautiful caring staff. Staying here is always a special treat. Jean Francois (Chef-Concierge) is meticulous in his attention to detail and the amount of personal attention he applies to ensure the satisfaction of his guests is first class. Highly recommend staying here for vacation or a staycation!
From our 2AM check in to our 1PM check out, the service, the amenities, and the ambiance was fantastic! Thank you so much for a wonderful start to our week in DC!
