Every single staff member said hello and it felt genuine. We stopped to have a drink at the bar and it was simply exquisite service and quality! Thank you!
The staff at the St Regis are the best of the best .. From the front doorman to the catering and culinary team front of house and back of house . Having worked a wedding at the St Regis this past weekend I was blown away by the level of professionalism . Yes the hotel is gorgeous but what makes the hotel a rare gem is the caliber of the entire team here.. You feel like royalty here and the High tea here is the best in city!
Took my wife there for her birthday/stay cation she and I was very pleased. When I made the reservation I mentioned that this was a get away for my wife's birtdhay. Staff was very courtious and helpful, the hotel was in a great location. We checked in and when we entered our room there was a pastry with a birthday wishes card from the staff, she was surprised and nothing but smiles. Thanks so much for making our weekend wonderful.
