RecommendedMy husband recently had a hearing test at this Center. Ursula was so helpful, patient and attentive to his needs. She reprogrammed his hearing aids and made sure he was using them correctly. This was a very pleasant experience and we highly recommend The Speech and Hearing Center.
I have been going there for a few years now and have always had a pleasant experience. The audiologist, Ursula Chaplin, has recently gone above and beyond in my hearing loss journey and I will always be grateful to her. When we started speech therapy, my 2.5 year old son only said a handful words when we started speech therapy. Thanks to Ms. Alicia, we have met leaps and strides. She was the perfect therapist for our son! It has been a bit over half a year of therapy, and we have been so happy with his progress. Now our 3 year old is saying no, thank you; yes, please; and many more phrases. He has gotten so much better about getting his point across. Very hard to communicate with!!! After my grandmothers death in March, my family wanted to donate her hearing aids back so that they could provide them to someone who may need them. I have called numerous times, at least once per week and still have not been able to get into contact with anyone! The last time I called, I was told the Audiologist would call me, and I’m still waiting, and that has been over a month! Wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone!
I love this facility and all of the wonderfully caring therapists (Julianne, Marlea and Anna) at SHC who work so diligently for my precious daughter, was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the age of two.
my son has been seeing Anna(OT), Marlea (PT), and Julianne (feeding) for a long time and they have been wonderful. my son finally graduated out of therapy thanks to their hard working and dedication.
The Speech and Hearing Center is a great place to go for hearing aids. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Enjoying my new hearing aids.
