Greeted immediately by a nasty, rushing massage therapist, a woman who performed services on my fiancé in which he did happen to somewhat enjoy. As a tourist in an Uber, we arrived 10 minutes before our appointment & I instantly apologized because we should’ve arrived earlier if we weren’t in traffic had we drove our rental. My husband and I’s first massage, and it was well done. Amongst the 5 star spas in the area I thought it was reasonably priced (still not cheap but that’s what we paid for). We did the couple’s ritual. They also resolved some issues I’d raised and I deeply appreciate their graceful resolution. Excellent service.
Honestly I don’t know why this spa has bad reviews! My experience was above and beyond. The booking process was smooth as well as the check-in, amenities and treatments. I have been to many spas around the world and the experience I had here was one of the best ones. It has showers, a steam room, free flip flops and an array of treatments. I highly recommend it!
Amazing experience from start finish. Was greeted by Marina! Very sweet and helpful. Murad and Christopher did a wonderful job. The massages were top quality and excellent touches. Highly recommend this spa . The location, of the spa is also very nice. Having a view on the 18th floor after a nice massage is awesome!
