Amazing experience from start finish. Was greeted by Marina! Very sweet and helpful. Murad and Christopher did a wonderful job. The massages were top quality and excellent touches. Highly recommend this spa . The location, of the spa is also very nice. Having a view on the 18th floor after a nice massage is awesome!
I booked a spa for my wife and I and I thought it was gonna be one of the best experiences bc of course the Setai is a very exclusive place but to be honest the massage was ok nothing crazy and nothing out of this world. The lockers were small and only had one bathroom which it doesn’t make sense since you have multiple people. Worst spa experience of my life. The massage therapist was 35 minutes late because she didn’t check her schedule. Then proceeded to tell me in the massage that I would be charged for the full 60 minutes when I only have time for the 25 minutes because she was late. The front desk and manager did not seem to care. They gave me a “discount”. Go to the faena or four seasons avoid this spa at all costs.
