the staff was awesome, worked hard making sure we had everything we needed.
They cancled our nonrefundable confirmed reservation without notice. They apologized and offered future deals. It was our 10 year anniversary, we will not be able to duplicate another weekend. I had to cancel my spa reservations for the following morning. I hope they liked giving our room to a last minute group that will unlikely utilize and spend money at the restaurant and spa like we were. Also in the future when youre overbooked you are supposed to walk the guest free of charge to another hotel not make them pay the same... read more

After a mishap with our room reservation and room, Brian at the front desk was absolutely amazing and helpful. He immediately made everything right for us! He also gave us a great dinner recommendation! Thanks so much. We will stay here again!
