They cancled our nonrefundable confirmed reservation without notice. They apologized and offered future deals. It was our 10 year anniversary, we will not be able to duplicate another weekend. I had to cancel my spa reservations for the following morning. I hope they liked giving our room to a last minute group that will unlikely utilize and spend money at the restaurant and spa like we were. After a mishap with our room reservation and room, Brian at the front desk was absolutely amazing and helpful. He immediately made everything right for us! He also gave us a great dinner recommendation! Thanks so much. We will stay here again!
