Had a confirmed, paid room for our tenth anniversary only to arrive at the front desk and find that the hotel cancelled our booking! No advance notice, no courtesy email or phone call, nothing. Apparently to accommodate some cheerleaders they'll just f*ck over as many other people as needed to make the big group happy. What a way to do business. They don't care, they won't even read much less respond to this, they got what they wanted and all I can do I make them lose as much future business as possible.
