Bom, o carpete incomoda um pouco, mas e' um bom hotel.
Loved the room, it was very nice! The hotel decor was so great! The 24-hour store was awesome...don't see that very often! The staff couldn't have been more helpful, attentive and positive! I highly recommend this property! Big thanks to everyone at the Rosen Centre! WILL BE BACK!
We stayed at the Rosen Centre and found the hotel and staff to be incredibly accommodating. The rooms were very nice and offered all of the conveniences and more. Coffee maker, mini refrigerator, etc. Worked very well for us. We checked in during the holidays on what looked like a very busy day, but found no issues at all. This is the most unprofessional hotel we have ever stayed in. Our rooms were not ready until after 5 for us to check in. The hotels reason was they were sold out the night before. There Valet Parking insisted that it needed to be paid at the stand vs the room. The hotel staff was unfriendly and accommodating with the exception of the Bellman. Every issue bought to the staffs attention was directed back as if it was something that was my fault.
