Nice modern rooms. Very friendly staff from top to bottom. Great location to everything Orlando. Only thing that stopped it from getting a five star review is that while there are several food options inside the hotel the prices are extremely high.
Nice place but no complimentary coffee? For what they charge for rooms they should have it in the lobby somewhere
Never need to a hotel like this before. Absolutely amazing. Definitely will be back
great hotel for our conventions.....bring a sweater, they keep it cold.
Is a nice hotel customer service is good but parking is a hassle it’s a lot of walking to the parking lot you also need to pay $15 a day for parking and the rooms are too small they don’t have no microwave in the room so you have to go downstairs to the first floor to use it they have one microwave for the whole hotel that need to be changed
Good all round service, comfortable rooms, good food.
Staff seems to go through the motions - they don’t seem invested in their jobs. A simple question like “Is there a parking pass we need to display in our car?” got us a number of answers, depending on who we asked. BTW, if you pay the self-parking fee, you SHOULD be issued a pass at the security booth by one of the valet employees. THAT was the correct procedure, but it was like pulling teeth for us to find that out.
Great place to stay People are great
Great place to go to if your in the Orange County Convention Center area. Academy Of Hoops 14 and under girls basketball tourney who went 5-5 undefeated in the tourney. Can’t wait to see them when they get older. Thanks Rosen, great hotel.
